Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and powerful in your POPFLEX gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
